[ajug-members] Robolectric presentation code and instructions

Hello everyone --

I'm looking forward to presenting on TDDing Android apps using Robolectric
tomorrow.  I've attached instructions outlining my code and IDE setup if
you'd like to follow along as I TDD. This assumes you have android installed
already and have a 2.2 or newer emulator up and running.
