It seems like anyone who is "in" has the ability to send 400+ invites
out.  My guess is that Google is particularly interested in
understanding who is connected to whom, following how the invites flow
out.

I only have 3 circles with significant members - Atlanta JUG, JBoss
and Global Java community.
