[ajug-members] Seeking web app advice

I would bite the bullet and learn it myself. If you're going to offer the
service for free, you'll probably be able to find graphics folks who will
build you a design for free, just for the chance to help get their name out
there.
I would also use Grails instead of Java to build a webapp. But that's just
me.
