What does this issue have to do with Java? Why don't you create a separate
group or email list and use it to promote the legislation of your choice?
Using this mailing list (where we should be talking about java development
issues) to promote your politics, even if that politics is morally,
ethically and economically sound constitutes abuse of this list.
I have no interest in (and don't disagree with) your politics.
