[ajug-members] rounding

I am used to just calling a simple function to do rounding (php).  I must create a number-format-object for this in Java, correct?  Or are there some class methods (class owned, not instance owned) out there that I can call?  Is there some sort of java.lang.Math.round(dbl, int);
