Hi,
As a starting point you may want to look at the presentation done by
Matt Raible on comparing Java web frameworks.
You can find it here:

He seems to be the best resource out there in terms of comparing web
frameworks, especially since he is behind the Appfuse
project(www.appfuse.org).
