[ajug-members] Use of JSTL 1.1 in J2EE 1.3/JDK1.4?

Hi Java Gurus,
                    I have a strange scenario in the project I am assigned!  
We are migrating our web application from J2EE 1.4 to Portal server which support JSP 1.0 and J2EE 1.3,  but they want to use JSTL1.1 can we do it? We are migrating our application from JSP 2.0 to JSP 1.0 (Don't ask me why I am doing ? I was asked by client and told me to do it and don't complain! Thats it!)
Any work around?
