Based on the recent DST changes, I understand that apps using JAVA will
need to have a patch applied. The SUN's version of patch is available
This is required even after the server/OS DST patch has been applied.
Our apps run on Windows platform. The info I couldn't find was if there
was a server/app recycle that is required after the java patch has been
applied to make the patch effective?
