[ajug-members] Struts Hosting

I've had decent luck with dailyrazor <http://www.dailyrazor.com/>. I've got
an app running Struts2/Spring/Hibernate over there. The default memory
allocation was too low, but we were able to upgrade it for a reasonable
cost.
