Oh please..... contractors as "second class employees"...now thats whining.
I work as a contractor at a company and I would not have it any other way
because I get paid by the hour and this company at times requires overtime.
As a salaried employee they would not get the extra hours of pay. Also, as
a contractor, I have equal amount of technical know how as an employee.
Anyway, at this point in my game (learning Java), it is irrelevant whether
the position is labeled as a contractor slot or permanent employee
