The assumption in your response is that McDonalds is the only company
hiring. Even though i pass 20 McDonalds everyday i never give them
any of my money. I would rather have a nice meal at Ruth's Chris,
Houstons or the like. Having a Taco Bell, McDonalds and Wendys next
to a Ruth's Chris does not drop the prices at Ruth Chris. Employers
are the same way. Some will try to save money and "buy from
McDonalds". Many others will pay a little extra to get quality.
Besides, the cost of living in India has skyrocketed and continues to
climb. The price to do business in India is increasing everyday.
Not only that but i read the other day that they would shortly run
out of trained developers too. Already businesses are looking for
the next place to offshore too.
The global economy is upon us; we can not turn back the tide.
