I concur with that, however I disagree (even just looking at Atlanta) 
that this is a good thing for developers.  The net effect of the opening 
of a McDonalds of development is that the amount clients are willing to 
spend will go down.  This means that not only will the developers 
working for McDonalds make less, but all the other developers will, too.
