[ajug-members] Wipro coming to Atlanta

The article indicates that the reason is not to import workers, since there
is the H1-B visa cap, but to provide resources under the Wipro company that
are based in the US. Of course there will be some foreign workers, but hey,
if they're good developers, I welcome them, because most of the ones I run
across, whether American or otherwise just aren't all that good.
