So, how do you plan to scope these "tests"?
Eclipse comes in many prebuilt configurations for dealing with any
single or multiple pieces of the Java EE stack. And what about
Netbeans? You know, Sun Studio Creator has Netbeans at it's core.
And while it isn't part of Netbeans, it is free software, so if its
decided that both sides should demonstrate a little JSF magic, can
the Netbeans crowd take advantage of Creator?
And what about all the 3rd party extensions and plugins for both
camps? What makes one plugin allowed and something else not allowed?
