IntelliJ IDEA hands down.

I used JBuilder a while back but it got very clunky/bloated and
expensive - haven't used it in a while.

I've used Eclipse pretty heavily, and much prefer IDEA. The past three
companies I've worked for have used IDEA and thought it was worth the
license fees. Two of those companies were using Eclipse when developers
started using trial copies of IDEA. The developers liked it so much
better that they were going to buy personal copies if the company didn't
choke up the money for the licenses!

I've seen a lot of Eclipse users that initially don't like IDEA because
things work differently, shortcuts are different, etc. (typical learning
curve) - but, in my experience, 90% of them prefer IDEA and don't want
to go back after using it for a month or two.
