[ajug-members] accountant referal? OT: consultant incorporation tips / resources?

I use Kathy Aldenderfer of the Aldenderfer Group  
(www.aldenderfer.com). It's a small firm that knows how to handle S- 
corps particularly well. They are located near North Point Mall. I  
have been very happy with them over the past couple of years.
