[ajug-members] Test from GMail

I might have found an explanation as to why they (the g-mail users) are not
seeing the duplicate messages.  I found some reference
(http://wiki.43folders.com/index.php/Gmail ) to GMail being able to "hide
duplicate emails".  Although I couldn't find any verification of this
functionality on the GMail page, it might explain one of the curiosities.

Now, to figure out why the multiples are occurring.

Hey, Burr,...what happens now if you resubscribe your gmail account?  Will
the e-mails begin again (as in, gmail has been resending them all
along),...if not, what happens if you send two separate e-mails,...if you
sent two identical e-mails but at different times, what happens,...if you
send two different e-mails, will both of them duplicate or just one, and
which one - the first or the second?

I doubt the problem is on GMail's end.  I haven't noticed any duplicates in 
the last 800 or so messages from any of the 8 or so lists I'm on at Apache, 
SourceForge, and others.
