It is an eye opening book on SOA / web services. It critically attacks
the rpc soap service complaining, rightly so once you think about it,
that the web services are too fine-grained. A service call needs to be
at the 'document' level to cover the full intent of what someone wants
to do.
I bought it and have started reading it.
