Paul,
	This may seem like a weird question, but does the non-profit 
organization view Java-based web applications as something justifying 
the generally-higher cost of hosting?  If this is an internal 
application I suppose it doesn't matter as much, but with most NPOs 
trying to run lean and mean, I am surprised they are not pushing for 
something PHP-based that could be hosted much more cheaply.
	Or, is that not the case anymore?  I know I pay ~4X as much to host
my 
stuff with a provider that has Tomcat versus what I was paying for a 
pretty souped-up PHP service.
