I have used it for a very small project and found it lacking. The templates
have trouble and there is not a good reporting mechanism - there is a desire
for it and it is supported in the menus but you cannot save reports. Which
means you are always looking at all issues or filtering/sorting every time
you want to review your issues. I would not recommend it.

Subject: [ajug-members] Anyone using Scarab?
Guys,
Looking for open ticket/issue tracking systems and am currently evaluating
Scarab (http://scarab.tigris.org), a servlet/jsp based system.
I've run across a few bugs so far...thought I'd ask the group if anyone
has been actively using scarab in a production environment and what your
experiences have been.
Thanks for the info (if any). Feel free to contact me off-list.
John
