[ajug-members] Windows deployment

I've been using the Wise Installation System for the past 8 years.  My latest deployment was so
complex I had to write a custom installer in Java because I needed to update XML files and
property files and integrate with various other installers.  But for someone new to packaging for
Windows, I recommend Wise.
