Base salary Plus a 20% annual bonus based on personal and company production.  This has been paid for the last 6 years every year.

DESCRIPTION
The Senior or Lead Developer will report to the Director of Enterprise Development and will be responsible for development, maintenance and support of mission critical Java enterprise applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•	Contribute to the design and development of a high-volume enterprise messaging application
•	Support and enhance several mission-critical enterprise applications
•	Take initiative and work independently on some projects while contributing to a large team on others
•	Provide production support for several 24/7 application.



Job Restrictions:
----------------

REQUIREMENTS
•	5+ years experience with core Java and Java EE
•	Understanding of distributed transactions
•	Experience in concurrent and distributed programming
•	Practical knowledge of Java application servers (JBoss, Tomcat, etc.)
•	Beneficial
o	Financial industry expertise
o	Comprehension of Spring Framework
o	Knowledge of Maven
