The Senior Java Web Programmer will design, build and maintain existing and new Java Web applications related to the companies core business. The position will require the ability to work with other IT members and other non-technical personnel to understand, analyze and build software solutions for the insurance and related industries. The position requires the ability to work independently as well as within a small team.

Job Requirements include:
•	Minimum of 5-7 solid years of Java 
•	Senior-level knowledge of Servlets/JSP, Apache Tomcat
•	Experience with Web Frameworks such as SpringMVC, Struts, or Grails
•	Experience with JavaScript libraries such as JQuery is a plus.
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•	Good interpersonal skills that include the ability to effectively communicate in both writing and verbally.
•	Experience (or Knowledge) with Object Relational Frameworks such as Hibernate
•	Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Analysis
•	Superior understanding of SQL
•	Programming experience in Insurance is a plus
•	Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
•	Must be flexible with a "can do" attitude and have the ability to remain
