Position:  Senior Java Engineer

Team responsibilities include designing and developing high quality software, deploying flawless production service updates, and providing fanatical customer support. They will be proficient in multi-tenant software architectures and will leverage their experience with open-source libraries to transform functional specifications into technical designs and high-volume web-based business solutions.  To ensure quality, candidates will have experience implementing testing methodologies and have familiarity with setting up regression tests, test patterns and test driven development.  Candidates will have demonstrated they communicate and work well with engineers and also members of the sales, marketing and software implementation teams.

Experience: 
Candidates should possess 7 plus years of experience designing and developing Java software solutions.  

Core Technical Skills: 

•	Presentation: GWT (2.0 and above), AJAX. Servlet, JSP, Struts experience           Strong Database Skills:   JDBC DySQL (Desired) 
•	Framework: Spring 2.5 and above. Hibernate 3.3 and above (required) 
•	Workflow: Jboss JBPM or past experience with any leading workflow engine.
•	Communication: REST, SOAP 
•	Integration: Jitterbit and/or experience integrating with third party vendors using above communication tools or proprietary methods.
•	Tools: Eclipse, Ant, Junit, CVS/SVN (optional) 

Education: 
•	Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems from a reputable and accredited institution.
