A major client of ours in the Dunwoody area has an immediate need for two Android Developers.  Each opening is slated to be a long-term contract.  If interested, please reach out to me asap or let me know if anyone else you know may be interested.

We are currently recruiting software developers with experience in programming for mobile devices. The successful candidate will join the mobile software development team and have a unique opportunity to help shape the future of this client's device portfolio.
 
Major areas of responsibility include the following:

Work within small, focused, engineering teams to create and develop new mobile products and solutions. 
Implementation of mobile applications in cooperation with peers and end user. 
Application testing, porting and integration in collaboration with other internal development stakeholders. 
Opportunity to work on a range of mobile platforms including Android, BlackBerry, and Windows Mobile.

Qualifications:

5 plus years experience in software development and engineering. 
BS in computer science. 
Proven development experience in Java or C++. 
Mobile development experience with Android, J2ME. 
Industry experience with mobile handsets/carriers preferred. 
Experience with development and delivery of complex software development projects. 
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process 
Strong problem-solving and software triage skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
