A major client of ours in the Alpharetta area has an immediate need for a Flex/UI Developer for a minimum of 6 months on contract.  The job description is below, but ultimately they are looking for someone with 6+ years of UI experience and 1-2 years working in successful Flex projects.

Project Information: 
 Analytics Presentation
 Business Intelligence platform
 Business Objects (Crystal)
 BI and Analytics
 Building a commercial product
 Existing support tools are in Flex
 
Technologies & Tools:  
 Flex v3.0
 
Development Methodology:
Team Dynamics:
 1 VP of Analytics (Project Champion)
 1 Project Manager / Analytics
 1 Jack of all trades for Database work
 1 Report Person
 1 DBA
 
Skills Needed: 
   1-2 year of experience with Flex
   4-6 years of UI dev experience
