Small family-owned company looking for a programmer/developer for an existing proprietary Java-based application.  Job would entail general IT duties as well.

Requirements:
- a deep knowledge of Java EE web-based and JBoss Seam.
- a working knowledge of Linux, Unix, or MacOSX, BSD, etc.
- a working knowledge of UI frameworks such as Dojo, ZK, JQuery, or AJAX, etc.
- a deep knowledge of Postgres database and other DBs such as MySQL.
- the ability to troubleshoot and maintain office PCs & perform server and network admin duties.

Successful applicant will have the strong communications skills that accompany a creative, outside-the-box thinker who has the ability to research and develop our unique software application at all levels.
