Consilium1 is seeking a Senior Java developer to join our team.   In this position you will work with our development team to create an enterprise-level JEE web-application that uses a “best of breed” selection of software tools and components, including a careful sampling of Open Source components.  If you are interested in joining an energetic, exciting, cutting edge team in Atlanta, this is the opportunity for you. 

 
 
REQUIRED SKILLS:
 
•	8+ years total IT experience
•	Expert Java /J2EE/JEE Development experience
•	Needs to have some EJB3/Hibernate (or other ORM experience)
•	Spring
•	Groovy (A plus, but not required)
•	Primary experience should be in a UNIX environment
•	Development experience delivering product to external customers
•	Ability to work in a teamwork-based environment
•	Ability to creatively design and build systems in a high-energy, fast-paced Agile development environment. 
•	Portal, ORM or ESB/Messaging expertise is a plus 
•	DAO, CSS, DOM, AJAX, ORM,
