Title: Java Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA (local candidates only)

Duration: Open-ended

Terms: Part-time or Full-time (Remote / Work from Home)



A Thompson Technologies client is seeking talented and entrepreneurial Java Developers.  



All work is project based and completed on a remote basis, so you must be a self-starter and have the capability to work from home. The developer can choose to work either part-time or full-time hours and during evenings and/or weekends (as long as you commit to the hours promised) while maintaining your current position! 



Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of Java development (front and backend)
Must have 5-10 years of solid web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, other relevant technologies)
Experience using XML, SOAP, Swing
Nice to haves include creating and aggregating Web Mashups (via web services) and experience working with Social Networking APIs
