Java Developer

Proficient knowledge of multiple programming languages along with the ability to quickly take and/or understand business requirements, work with the team on developing design. Must have the ability to be a good project team member.  Should have capability and willingness to support existing applications and code - reverse engineer, document code; find bug, issues - document and fix.  Ability to switch from project to project easily.  Good understanding of life cycle development through production implementation and post implementation and willingness to work on all phases of the project. Follow guidelines and processes defined by the SRB's.  Analyze, write specifications, code programs and SQL, Write test plans, Unit Test, QA Test, document.  Position includes maintenance of various applications, as well as research, debugging, and user support. 

Required Skills:         
Java J2EE, HTML, WAS, Apache, Tomcat, Servlets based Web development, Web Services, SQL, DB2 and mySQL, 

Preferred Skills:         
Experience in technical project leadership role, Staffing/elearning business experience a plus       

Years of experience: 
5-7 years
