Requirements:
-	Offshore team management (2 offshore resources)
-	Open systems
-	Synchronous and Asynchronous traffic
-	Reporting and Metrics
-	Java, SOAP, Web Services, VMware, XML
-	MUST COME FROM A ROLE WHERE THEY WERE IN CHARGE OF MISSION CRITICAL SYSTEMS AND HUGE VOLUME (At least 1500 messages per second)
-	Strong knowledge of Advanced technology platforms, Active MQ is a bonus (currently on IBM MQ)
-	Must have a strong grasp of SLA’s (service level agreements), make sure they are met and be able to remedy/correct problems quickly
-	Excellent communication – this contractor will be presenting powerpoint slideshows to the business partners and VP’s.
