Title
Professional Services Consultant IV - Technical

Responsibility/Scope
Hands on, lead application developer.

Provides planning, design, development, quality assurance, configuration assistance, application training, problem resolution and second level support to new and existing clients.

Interacts with clients to determine system specifications.
Technical consultants focus on technical design, development, technical testing, and configuration management.

Lead technical and business aspects of customer professional services engagements. May lead functional team members. Fosters cross-training among team members.

Ability to influence other groups within the organization.

Technical Leadership role for the CFT.

Multiple large project ownership. Drives to completion multiple large and small projects in parallel that require collaborating with multiple team members, other teams, and the customer to deliver substantial business results for our customers within budget, schedule, and quality expectations.

Knowledge/Skill
Estimating, technical acumen, leads discovery sessions from a technical standpoint, lead and manage technical team members. Responsible for technical deliverables on the CFT. Viewed as an expert in software development processes.Strong analytic skills.  Able to interpret most complex information and adapts as needed.
Experience with J2EE systems.

Education
BS/BA required
BS Computer Science preferred
