Growing Atlanta based corporation is expanding its product development team and is looking for a Senior Java Architect and Developer. You will develop using Java-based Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) infrastructure. This ESB infrastructure and required server applications will support numerous Windows Mobile and Windows Web applications in the Field Service business.  

Responsibilities: 
Develop Java-based Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) infrastructure 
Act as team lead and mentors new team members on various technologies 
Research and evaluate new technologies
Required Skills & Attributes

6 + years of hands-on Java developing J2EE applications with J2EE compliant application Servers 
2+ years of designing, developing and deploying ESB solutions. Experience with one of the established ESB products (Oracle ESB, Aqualogic ESB, Sonic, Fuse/Apache, Mule ESB) is a plus 
2+ years developing and implementing JAX-RPC based web services. 
2+ years with Hibernate and Spring Frameworks 
2+ years of implementation with JMS 
Agile development methodology 
Excellent communication abilities
