BB10-013 Title(s): Lead Java Developer



Job Spec:

Our client is looking for a team of Java Developers to develop a server-side system based upon widely adopted Java technologies.





Experience and Skills Required:

--Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

--10+ years overall experience in IT industry

--Experience in USA (6+ absolute minimum)

--6+ years experience in JAVA programming development

--Open Source a plus

--ERP experience a plus

--Server-side Java development required

--Experience with lightweight software development processes

--SCRUM development a plus

--Experience with relational databases, primarily SQL Server

--Exceptional communication skills both written and oral

--Experience with transaction processing systems a plus

--Experience with the more widely adopted Java related technologies, for example: XML, JBOSS, Tomcat, Web Services, JMS, Hibernate, J2EE, EJB, JRules, JUnit, Ant, SVN, CruiseControl, etc.

--Experience with version control, build scripts and unit testing

--Ability to work under pressure; must thrive in fast-paced environment

--Strong people skills; must be team player willing to wear multiple hats

--Creative problem solving

--Experience as in a Lead position
