Senior Software Engineer (lead) – Hands on development and architecture work

Required:

-	Java/JEE
-	Spring DM/OSGi
-	GWT/Ext-GWT
-	XML/Web Services
-	JSON
-	AJAX
-	Maven/Hudson - Continuous integration
-	Browser Optimization Techniques
-	Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting
-	Must have experience building applications (UI) for large number of users, in the 100s and 1000s.
-	Ability to contribute creatively to the solution
-	Can do attitude and a positive approach
-	Experience in Ux (User Experience) and User Behavior patterns desirable
-	This candidate will play a significant role in the design and development of around 200-300 screens
-	Lead a team (onsite and offshore)
-	8 to 9 years of experience developing UI components
