SENIOR J2EE/JAVA EE DEVELOPER 

Duties will include serving as a technical lead for development of SOA initiatives focused around real time data maintenance, and making sure all projects deployed on the ESB are up to architectural standards. Will be responsible for working in tandem with other development teams to provide integration between cloud based applications and internal systems. In addition, the candidate will assume enterprise Java/J2EE development responsibilities.  

Technical Skills/Requirements: 

•	10-15 years experience working with Java/J2EE development technologies

•	Experience working with an Enterprise Service Bus 

•	Knowledge and experience implementing SOA initiatives 

•	Strong working knowledge of WSDL and XSD

•	Experience building web services frameworks with technologies such as Apache CXF

•	Working knowledge of Fuse ServiceMix 

•	Java/J2EE development technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, JMS

•	Experience serving as a technical lead or liaison to matrixed divisions of an large corporate enterprise 

•	Knowledge of rules engines such as Drools

•	Knowledge and understanding of SaaS architecture and integration strategies, especially as related to on demand versions of leading CRM vendors.

•	Firm understanding of Master Data Management concepts and strategies

•	Proficiency in database technologies such as Oracle and TeraData. Strong knowledge and skill with SQL

•	Experience working with off-shore development teams

•	Strong communication skills
