Software Developer
Software developer with web application development experience in Java, Microsoft .Net or Force.com frameworks. Responsibilities include analyzing customer’s requirements, designing and coding application or integration in Java, C# or using salesforce’s Apex programming language.
Educational Requirement:
•	Must have a B.S. in Computer Science or related area of study.
Experience Requirement:
•	3+ years experience with software design and development with .NET (C#), Java or Apex (Force.com)
•	Proficient in software architecture and object oriented design
•	Proven background in enterprise application design and implementation (Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSTL)
•	Experience working with a Product Development team in an agile software development environment is desired, but not required
•	Ability to work as a team member or as an individual
•	Have a Can do attitude
•	Ability to work in a fast paced start up environment
•	A high degree of initiative
•	Ability to work in multiple projects at the same time
Desired Skills:
•	Excellent People Skills -Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction. Must have strong demonstrable project coordination skills
•	Time Management Skills – Ability to effectively plan deliverables, determines risk assessment, and estimate resource needs
•	Formal Design Skills – Understand and work with software development team to determine product design
•	Project Scoping Skills – Project designs must be detailed enough to derive time and resource estimates that allow on schedule product delivery while meeting the established requirements.
