Java 5+ years or better, 
PL/SQL 2+ years (queries, views, procedures, packages) 
Unix/Linux (scripts, utilities, cron, etc.) 2+ years 
Web Development 2+ years, 
Javascript 2+ years, 

Optional experience: 

JBoss AS 4.x 
Tomcat 5 or 6 
Eclipse Java IDE 
Hibernate 3 
Spring 
Struts MVC (1.x) 
Stripes MVC (1.4.x) 
XML 
XSLT 

Telecom experience is a MUST!

Good communication skills are essential as the consultant support the applications and will most likely have direct contact with internal business users and stake holders from time to time. 

Looking for self starters. People that can do a lot with only minimal oversight and direction.
