 Position: 

We are seeking superior Java (J2EE) developers, with JBoss, Weblogic, Tomcat or other middleware technology experience, to join our team as Middleware Consultants.  Our Middleware Consultants provide on-site architectural and development guidance to our enterprise customers. In this position you will use your skills as an experienced professional, with a full understanding of industry practices, to resolve a wide range of issues in an imaginative, as well as practical, way.  The ideal candidate is a self starter, who can embrace new technologies as well as constant change.

Responsibilities:
•	Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, design, implementation, testing, client training, and deployment of open source solutions 
•	Responsible for project management including project status, issues and time reporting 
•	The ability to take on multiple tasks and work independently with minimal guidance, on projects involving complex issues 
•	Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors 
•	Demonstrate considerable judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Required Experience:
•	5+ years experience in the IT industry doing architecture, design and development
•	Very strong Java/J2EE experience, in-depth knowledge of the J2EE platform and experience with either JBoss, WebLogic or WebSphere 
•	Knowledge of Hibernate and Tomcat 
•	Exposure to Service Orientation Architecture
•	 Experience with Design and development tools (Eclipse, Rational Rose, etc)
•	Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•	A willingness to travel 
Recommended Experience:
•	Message queuing with Jboss MQ, TIBCO, MSMQ, etc
•	J2EE Application Security 
•	Experience with JBoss Portal, Rules and JBPM Frameworks
•	Experience with Enterprise Service Business Technologies
•	 Exposure to Open Source testing tools
•	Exposure to Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
