We have an Atlanta based client looking to develop a new application with the technologies listed below.

this would would be a contract role that could be done with 2 to 3 developers.

One individual would not be espected to have all the skills listed below but collectively- the team should be able to deliver on all skills noted...

System component development (Java and .NET) using open-source JMS backbone
System integration using ESB 
BPM using BPEL
System security for user access and data integrity
Data mining with XSLT post processing
GUI Development using asynchronous messaging not RPC
Browser-based real-time data visualization using streaming data protocols (not polled AJAX)
Mobile development of form-based todo list using XML communications over HTTP
