Leverage your senior j2ee skills and share in our explosive liftoff for growth in 2009 and beyond.   We need a self-starting senior developer to work with an existing technical design and architecture team.  Join our team and employ a “war-room” collaboration strategy to foster open and rapid communication. We will also be using a rapid development approach where we will execute development on small work units that follow the traditional SDLC approach.  
To make this approach work well, we need people who get along well in a team environment, can work in an open room, communicate openly and effectively, not afraid to be candid with one another, and not overly sensitive to constructive criticism from authority. 
If you are creative in your problem solving, enjoy a energy-charged collaborative atmosphere, like to learn and to teach, come join us!  You will need experience with:

J2ee, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, AJAX, Javascript, Web analytics, Tiles, MyEclipse, RDBMS (preference for Oracle).
