Our client is currently looking for is a mix between developer and architect.  This individual to be the go-to person for technical questions - this means not only developing code and designing systems, but mentoring existing staff and serving as the liaison between the development and business units.  With that said the candidate must have superior communication skills. 

The following technical skills are a must:
- Java/J2EE   (At least 5 years experience building enterprise web applications using J2EE technologies)  
- Knowledge and experience using standard J2EE design patterns (MVC, DAO, Session Façade) 
- Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) 
- Weblogic Portal (Solid Struts experience could substitute) 
- Weblogic Server (versions 8 and above – IBM Websphere ok) 
- Web Services (any Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) experience is a plus) 
- Strong SQL/Database (Sybase and/or Oracle) 

Our client is looking for someone to bring new ideas and outside experience to supplement the knowledge we already have internally. They need to have a great personality and be the type of person that is eager to interact with a team to share and exchange knowledge.  Any team lead experience would be valued.
