Great Communication:

• Experience working in a lead role
• Strong experience with front-end development
• A solid track record of accomplishments in development preferred, including demonstrated programming, troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• At least 5 years of total development experience.
• At least 3 years experience with the following required: HTML / XHTML, JSP, CSS, Javascript (Prototype), XML, Java J2EE, Object-oriented design, source control, JBoss App Server, and UNIX/Linux.
• At least 1 year experience with Spring.
• Experience with the following is desired, but not a hard requirement: Content Management System (CMS) experience would be a big plus, User Interface design experience a plus,, Web Services (i.e. Axis, CXF), Ant,  Struts, SQL & Oracle, Java Generics and Annotations, Hibernate, Seam, JSF, RichFaces ( or other Faces implementation).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently on multiple /projects tasks with stringent schedules.
