Curriculum Advantage, Inc., located in Duluth, Georgia, provides computer-based instruction through Classworks, a total learning system proven to increase student achievement through research-based software and independent assessment.

Due to growth, we are seeking to add a Java Developer to our current team of dedicated professionals.  This role requires a candidate that is able to work with little supervision and achieve deadlines put forth by senior management. This position will report directly to the Director of Product Development.

Java Developer Job Description: 
•	Primary duty will be working with a fast paced development environment to create/maintain an AJAX web application using the Google Web Toolkit. 
•	You will be working with a team of other developers and quality  assurance testers. 
•	Design and develop web sites 
•	Design and develop flash based interactive content 
•	Review data and materials to ensure accuracy and quality of service of own work and that of others.  

Java Developer Requirements: 
•	2 years experience programming in Java and JSP  
•	2 years experience using a relation database  
•	2 years experience with programming in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML 
•	Solid written and verbal communications skills are also required 
•	Bachelor's degree in or equivalent work experience 
•	Preferred: 
                o	Experience with Google Web Toolkit 
                o	Experience with Macromedia Flash 
                o	Experience with Adobe Photoshop
