SESC is searching for mid-level java developers with 3-5 years of professional development experience.

The position requires an individual that can work independently on small development teams and work with cutting edge technologies and the latest in application security methodologies. 
 
Job Qualifications: 
•  Bachelors Degree in Information Technology related discipline or equivalent experience of minimum 5 years software development
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with web development - Java, J2EE, JSPs and Struts 
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate
  Must have experience in web service creation, not just web service consumption
• Experience with WebLogic 
• Exposure to at least a leading Portal solution: Weblogic Portal is preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are a must 
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists 
• Ability to work well under pressure and execute on aggressive deadlines 
• Flexible in a changing work environment, and driven to succeed in a fast paced atmosphere
