SolTech, Inc. is a software development company delivering web-enabled solutions in Java and .Net to our clients in the Atlanta marketplace. We do custom software development work and we also lend our expertise on site to our local clients. 
We have grown steadily since our launch in 1998. We are a 60 person company enjoying continued growth, an increasing demand for our services, and a strong reputation in the market. We hire on a Full-Time/Permanent basis and we believe that SolTech is an employer of choice for talented J2EE developers.
We do project after project of new development work and offer the kind of variety some people have enjoyed as contractors/consultants.  But, we offer the stability and career opportunity people enjoy in a corporate environment.

Our latest project requires more senior strength. We are looking for a senior j2ee developer to lead a team amidst a large re-engineering effort.  This person will guide and mentor team members through the full software development life cycle.

Required Skills:
-Computer Science or Related Degree
-5+ years current J2EE with strength in all tiers.  Soling working knowledge of Spring, Struts, Hibernate, EJB and Web Services 
- 3+ years OOA/OOD/OOP
-Ability to lead a small team of developers in a dynamic work environment as well as make independent decisions.
-Strong analytical skills
