We recently finished a social networking application project for a client and now they are looking to "beef up" their IT team. They have asked us to help them locate the right resources. 

Bottom line--they are looking for a solid LAMP developer. The position is full time. The client is located near Georgia Tech. Following is a brief description: 

Our client is a venture-backed startup has launched a social networking site targeted at a specific niche in the B2B marketplace. 
-We need a LAMP developer to work alongside other front-end designers/developers to customize/extend the vBulletin software to perform social networking functionality. 
-3-5 years web application development experience involving the LAMP stack (PHP, not Perl) 
-Familiarity with PHP-powered bulletin board/forum software (vBulletin, phpBB, or SMF) 
-Experience in building PHP components/extensions utilizing 3rd-party APIs and data feeds (for example, building a travel component that sends departure/arrival params to Kayak.com and then transforms the returning XML to show air/car/hotel search results in our pageview) 
-It is important that you appreciate team environments - frequent commits to the source code repo, clean comments in your code, pairing when necessary. 
-Java/J2EE experience a plus
