Java Developers with expert level Websphere experience needed ASAP 
multiple positions

6mo contract+. will most probably extend to 2 years based on performance. 

Must be local to Atlanta 

Candidates need to have excellent communication skills. 

Must be motivated, a self starter and able to work independently. 

Ability to function well in a dynamic application environment. 

Experience: Should have 4+ years of experience. with Java, J2EE and Websphere. 
The qualified candidates will meet the following guidelines: 

- Under general direction of senior staff, prepares general approach specifications, designs and codes from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements moderately complex software solutions. 

- Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills 

- Monitor program execution for expected performance 
- B.S. Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering ' M.S. preferred 
- 4+ years experience with Java, J2EE and Websphere
