Must Have Skills:

Degree in Computer Science or an Engineering field 
Broad experience in Developing and Architecting enterprise technical solutions(systems that impact over 10,000 users) 
Deep experience in Java / J2EE of over 5 years 
Some hands on experience in .NET min 1 yr 
Quick learner of new technology – must be able to demonstrate picking up new technology / evaluating technology and deploying a solution to Production 
Ability to communicate and work with customers on Medium to Large projects 
Ability to manage and maintain a technical project plan 
Ability to lead a team on consultants / employees
