Our client is a technology start-up with rapid growth in the past year. They have a well established client base of the Fortune 500 companies.  They currently have a need for motivated Java developer to join their core applications team.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement J2EE Web applications. Involved in every aspect of the software development lifecycle.
2. Both new development and system maintenance.
3. Interact (email, IM, phone) with clients to discuss technical issues

Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of full time, paid web development skills using primarily Java and J2EE.
2. Strong background in Struts, Tiles, JDBC, JSP, JSTL, Ant, Tomcat, Eclipse and a relational database.
3. MS SQL Server experience is a plus
4. Knowing Ibatis is preferred but not required.
5. Web Service, Apache Axis, XML
6. Experience in a Linux/Unix environment
7. Strong Communication skills 
8. Self motivated i
9. Ability to work in an independent environment
